These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jiliebo ("jiliebo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliebo online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jiliebo.com (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

jiliebo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jiliebo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jiliebo. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiliebo or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Not a jiliebo Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jiliebo and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on jiliebo, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number as your primary account identifier. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• jiliebo may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable regulations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiliebo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliebo aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Fraud Prevention: jiliebo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliebo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
• jiliebo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Where a Player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their Account, real-money funds will generally be used first, unless otherwise specified.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jiliebo Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently audited. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are genuinely random. jiliebo does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded.
• jiliebo is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side during gameplay.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliebo Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Holding more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any form of cheating;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively affects other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliebo Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the property of jiliebo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jiliebo.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

jiliebo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiliebo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and financial data. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• jiliebo provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• jiliebo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• jiliebo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jiliebo is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jiliebo's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jiliebo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of this Agreement:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. jiliebo employs age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where the 21+ requirement cannot be confirmed.
• Player Controls: All Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits directly from their Account dashboard. These tools are available at all times and are designed to help Players manage their gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jiliebo customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
• jiliebo-Initiated Termination: jiliebo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in prohibited conduct, or if jiliebo is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
• Survival: Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 11, and 14, shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jiliebo encourages Players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. jiliebo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jiliebo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliebo will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
