- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

- Not a jiliebo Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jiliebo and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions.
4. Account Registration

- Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

- Deposits: Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliebo aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider.

- Where a Player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their Account, real-money funds will generally be used first, unless otherwise specified.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jiliebo Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently audited. The following terms apply to gameplay:

to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- jiliebo is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jiliebo's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12. Responsible Gaming

13. Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
- jiliebo-Initiated Termination: jiliebo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in prohibited conduct, or if jiliebo is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

- Survival: Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 11, and 14, shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jiliebo encourages Players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. jiliebo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
15. Amendments to These Terms
jiliebo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
